We are a renovation company based in Limhamn that is expanding and looking for more skilled craftsmen. With us, you will work in a varied and exciting environment where we offer everything from minor insurance damages to extensive renovations. Our focus is on construction services for private individuals, where we have the trust to restore damages and create sustainable solutions.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a versatile craftsman who has good experience in several craft areas. We value breadth and versatility over specialized skills in a single area. To thrive and succeed with us, it is important that you have experience in various types of renovation work and are comfortable handling multiple tasks.

We are also looking for someone who is curious and unafraid to learn new things. Stepping outside your comfort zone and exploring areas where you may not have as much experience is something we highly value. With us, you will have the opportunity to broaden your skills and develop in your professional role by working on varied projects and tasks.

What we are looking for in our new employee:

• Extensive experience in construction services and renovation work for private individuals.
• Broad competence in several construction areas, for example:
• Spackling, painting, and wallpapering.
• Floor laying and kitchen installation.
• Tiling (highly meritorious, but not a requirement).
• Bathroom renovations according to BKR standards.
• At least 3 years of experience in full-time work within the construction and construction service industry.
• Good language skills in Swedish (other languages such as Polish or English are meritorious).
• B driver's license (access to a car is meritorious).
• Experience working with Bygglet and MEPS is a big plus.

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, structured, and orderly, with a problem-solving attitude. You are comfortable working independently but also a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues.

Job responsibilities

With us, the tasks are varied and can include everything from minor repairs to major renovations. You will work with:

• Demolition, plastering, and rebuilding.
• Interior renovations such as spackling, painting, wallpapering, and floor laying.
• Tiling and bathroom renovations (if you have that competence).
• Kitchen installation.
• Handling insurance damages, from minor repairs to larger restoration projects.
